A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING DRUG/
ALCOHOL TESTING SERVICES BY MOTOR
CARRIER SAFETY CONSULTANTS, INC.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah, Kentucky hereby approves
Motor Carrier Safety Consultants, Inc., to provide services for the
implementation of the City's drug/alcohol testing program and procedures
pursuant to a schedule of fees of $40.00 per alcohol test and $50.00 per
drug test.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
and/or City Manager is authorized to sign an agreement with Motor Carrier
Safety Consultants, Inc., setting forth the understanding between the
parties.
