A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A TREE CITY USA AWARD APPLICATION AND A TREE CITY USA GROWTH
AWARD APPLICATION, TO MEET REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY TO
BECOME A RECIPIENT OF AWARDS AND TO RECEIVE RECOGNITION FOR
ITS ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL TREE
CARE PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a Tree City USA Award Application and a Tree City
USA Growth Award Application, to meet requirements for the
City to become a recipient of awards and to receive
recognition for its environmental improvements through the
Municipal Tree Care Program.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
