MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. ��
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A HOME GRANT FROM THE
KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $602,285 FOR THE
MARTIN LUTHER KING AREA HOUSING REDEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The grant application to the Kentucky
Housing Corporation, requesting a HOME Grant in the amount of
$602,285 for redevelopment of the Martin Luther King neighbor-
hood is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
Kentucky Housing Corporation.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
