A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
GRANT FUNDS THROUGH THE KENTUCKY HERITAGE COUNCIL IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,000, WITH A $10,000 LOCAL MATCH FROM THE LLOYD
TILGHMAN HERITAGE FOUNDATION, TO STABILIZE THE STRUCTURE OF
THE GENERAL LLOYD TILGHMAN HOME, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an application and all documents relating to same to
apply for grant funds in the amount of $10,000 through the
Kentucky Heritage Council, with a $10,000 local match from
the Lloyd Tilghman Heritage Foundation, to stabilize the
structure of the General Lloyd Tilghman Home.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
