A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING BLOCK GRANT
THROUGH THE U.S DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$156,659.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an application and all documents relating to same to
obtain a matching block grant through the U.S. Department of
Justice in the amount of $156,659, with City matching funds
in the amount of $15,665.00.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
