A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING A GRANT APPLICATION
FOR RENEWAL OF THE DRUG ELIMINATION PROGRAM PARTNERSHIP WITH
THE PADUCAH HOUSING AUTHORITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $103,554,

WITH A CITY MATCH OF $20,000, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an application and all documents relating to same to
apply for renewal of the Drug Elimination Program Partner-
ship with the Paducah Housing Authority in the amount of
$103,554, with City matching funds in the amount of
$20,000, to be provided by in-kind police officer salaries.
The Police Department will receive the amount of $95,554 and
the Parks Department will receive the amount of $8,000 of
these grant funds.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
.�f effect from and after the date of its adoption.
