A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
HOME FUNDS THROUGH THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $102,199 WITH A CITY MATCH OF $5,109, AND
CI AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an application and all documents relating to same to
apply for HOME Funds in the amount of $102,199.00 through
the Kentucky Housing Corporation, with City matching funds
in the amount of $5,109.00.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
