A MUNICIPAL ORDER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO DISPOSE
OF PROPERTY ON SOUTH 2ND STREET
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah hereby directs
the City Manager to negotiate with Louis Kirchoff and Max Bastani to dispose of City
owned surplus property on South 2nd Street.
SECTION 2. A Request for Proposals for transfer of South 2nd properties were
advertised in the Paducah Sun on April 20 and April 21, 1996.
SECTION 3. Proposals for disposition of properties were accepted through May
9, 1996.
SECTION 4. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
