A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A GRANT APPLICATION TO OBTAIN A LOCAL MATCHING GRANT THROUGH
THE KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET TO ASSIST IN FUNDING THE WANT
PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an application and all documents relating to same to
apply for a local matching grant through the Kentucky
Justice Cabinet Grant Program to assist in funding the WANT
Program.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
