A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DIRECT
THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO IMPLEMENT THE POLICE CAR TAKE HOME PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky
hereby authorizes the City Manager to direct the Chief of Police to implement the Police Car Take
Home Program pursuant to rules and regulations to be approved by the City Manager.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
