MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 721
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A REVISED AFFIRMATIVE
ACTION PLAN FOR EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 90-7-4477, the City of
Paducah adopted an Affirmative Action Plan for Equal
Opportunity for the City of Paducah, which Plan was received
and filed with the official records of the City on March 13,
1990; and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 91-6-4621, the City
supplemented said Plan by adopting Section 3 thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to adopt a Revised
Affirmative Action Plan.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts a
Revised Affirmative Action Plan for Equal Employment Opportunity
as the official plan of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
the Affirmative Action Plan adopted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
