A MUNICIPAL ORDER RESCINDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 753
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby rescinds Municipal Order No.
753, adopted by the City of Paducah on May 13, 1997, entitled,
"A MUNICIPAL ORDER DIRECTING THE PLANNING DIRECTOR OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH TO STUDY AND/OR INITIATE A ZONE CHANGE". This zone
change was to create an appropriate buffer of all lots within
the Park Plaza Subdivision.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
