MUNICIPAL ORDER NO.
A MUNICIPAL ORDER INDEFINITELY SUSPENDING THE PAYMENT OF
SALARIES TO EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, EXCLUDING
THE MAYOR, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 96-12-5620 AND DIRECTING THAT
EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS BE PAID AT THE RATE IN
EFFECT AS OF DECEMBER 31 1996
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Payment of salaries to each member of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Paducah pursuant to Ordinance No. 96-12-5620 is hereby suspended indefinitely.
SECTION 2. From and after the adoption of this Municipal Order, and until such
time as this Municipal Order is rescinded, each member of the Board of Commissioners shall be
paid salaries at the rate in effect as of December 31, 1996, adjusted for inflation pursuant to
Ordinance No. 84-12-2622.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
