A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING "CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING"
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Paducah to
_ provide decent, safe and sanitary rental housing for eligible
families and to provide opportunities, promote self-sufficiency
and economic independence for Section 8 participants.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the "City of Paducah, Kentucky,
Administrative Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing" is hereby
adopted in its entirety and incorporated by reference as if
fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
