MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 755
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE PADUCAH POLICE
DEPARTMENT POLICY AND GENERAL ORDER MANUAL
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Paducah Police Department Policy
and General Order Manual, a copy of which has been placed on
file with the City Clerk, is hereby adopted in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
