MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 753
A MUNICIPAL ORDER DIRECTING THE PLANNING DIRECTOR OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO STUDY AND/OR INITIATE A ZONE CHANGE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Planning Director of the City of
Paducah shall study and/or initiate a Zone Map change to create
an appropriate buffer of all lots within the Park Plaza
Subdivision, now zoned as HBD, and between properties that are
zoned as residential.
SECTION 2. Further, all city departments shall
implement those steps that are necessary to create an
appropriate development moratorium on the subject lots until
the proposed zone change is completed or rejected, provided,
however, the moratorium shall not continue for more than ninety
(90) days after the adoption of this Municipal Order without
further action by the City Commission.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
