A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
TO OBTAIN AND ADMINISTER FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE
DISASTER RELIEF ACT OF 1974
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of Kentucky,
applications for the purpose of obtaining and administering
certain federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief
Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-288), and to file them in the
appropriate state office.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
