A MUNICIPAL ORDER ESTABLISHING A PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR
CONNECTING TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH SEWER SYSTEM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
institute a policy to allow scheduled payments to be extended
over a period not to exceed three (3) years for connections
made to the City sewer system. The rate of interest on this
payment schedule will be the prime interest rate commonly
referred to as the New York Prime Rate.
SECTION 2. A determination of need will be made by
the City Manager upon recommendation of the City Engineer and
the Finance Director.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
