A MUNICIPAL ORDER CONFIRMING THE CITY MANAGER'S ACTION
AS OF JANUARY 2, 1997, INSTITUTING A RESTRICTED SMOKING POLICY IN THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT, SAID ACTION COMPLYING WITH KRS 61.165
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky
hereby confirms the City Manager's action as of January 2, 1997, instituting a restricted smoking
policy, as attached hereto, in the Fire Department. This action complies with KRS 61.165.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
