A MUNICIPAL ORDER DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR
TO PAY THE SUM OF $16,978 TO ENVIRONMENTAL WOOD RECYCLING
FOR BRUSH GRINDING AT THE CITY'S COMPOST SITE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 96-8-5561, adopted by the
City of Paducah on August 27, 1996, approved a contract in
rj the amount of $225 per hour with Environmental Wood
Recycling for tree and brush grinding at the City's compost
site. The term of said contract is for two years, with
option to renew; and
WHEREAS, said contract is dated September 10,
1996.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $16,978 to Environmental Wood
Recycling for brush grinding at the City's compost site, as
approved by Ordinance No. 96-8-5561, authorizing a contract
between the City of Paducah and Environmental Wood Recycling
in the amount of $250 per hour, which contract was executed
on September 10, 1996, for a term of two years with option
to renew.
SECTION 2. The aggregate sum having been paid to
Environmental Wood Recycling since the commencement of this
contract is $16,978.00.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
