A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT THROUGH THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL
GOVERNMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000
(71 BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an application and all documents relating to same to
obtain a matching block grant through the Kentucky Depart-
ment of Local Government in the amount of $20,000.00.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
