A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A FY 1997
TRADITIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $780,000, FOR FUNDING TO BE USED FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary to obtain a FY 1997 Traditional Economic Development Community
Development Block Grant through the Department of Local Government in the amount of
$780,000, for funding to be used for the Performing Arts Center.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
