A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A HOME GRANT FROM THE KENTUCKY
HOUSING CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $460,645
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same to apply for a grant in the amount of $460,645, through the Kentucky
Housing Corporation for the 1998 HOME Funding Program.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption
