A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR MATCHING
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000 THROUGH THE KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET
FOR VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $20,000 through the
Kentucky Justice Cabinet, for Violence Against Women Act.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be provided by Western Baptist Hospital
in the amount of $6,666.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
