A MUNICIPAL ORDER ESTABLISHING WITH McCRACKEN
COUNTY A JOINT SEWER AGENCY ORDINANCE DEVELOPMENT
COMMITTEE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby jointly established with the County of
McCracken a Joint Sewer Agency Ordinance Development Committee.
SECTION 2. This Committee shall consist of five (5) members, to be
appointed by the Mayor to indefinite terms as follow:
Steve Polston
P J Grumley
Doug Moore, Chairman, appointed jointly by the Mayor and McCracken
County Judge/Executive
2 members to be appointed by the McCracken County Judge/Executive
SECTION 3. The purpose of this Committee shall be to research, plan and
develop an ordinance to be jointly adopted by the City of Paducah and County of
McCracken for the implementation of a county -wide sewer system.
SECTION 4. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
