A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN FUNDING FOR THE DUI PREVENTION
PROGRAM THROUGH THE KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET IN THE AMOUNT OF
$38,850
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain funding for the DUI Prevention Program through the Kentucky Justice Cabinet in the
amount of $38,850.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
