A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN KENTUCKY
HOUSING CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A RENTAL
REHAB GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Kentucky Housing Corporation for a HOME Program
Rental Rehab Grant in the amount of $500,000.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
