A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING PROMOTIONAL
PROCEDURES FOR CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts Promotional
�I Procedures for Contractual Employees in the Paducah Fire Department. This Municipal
supersedes Municipal Order No. 798, adopted by the City of Paducah on March 30, 1999.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
