A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,416.00 FROM THE KENTUCKY
CRIMINAL JUSTICE COUNCIL
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application
and all documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of
$18,416.00 from the Kentucky Criminal Justice Council for neighborhood enforcement
activities. Local matching funds will be provided in the amount of $5,362.00.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
