HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 801351 MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. ?©/ A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 FROM THE KENTUCKY COMMISSION ON MILITARY AFFAIRS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RIVERSIDE STATUE OF GENERAL WILLIAM CLARK BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to obtain a grant in the amount of $50,000 from the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs for the construction of a riverside statue of General William Clark. SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
