A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $600,000, THROUGH THE KENTUCKY
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR RIVER HERITAGE CENTER -PHASE I
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $600,000 through the
Kentucky Department of Transportation for the River Heritage Center -Phase I.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be provided by $50,000 inkind value from
the building and $100,000 from the River Heritage Museum.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
