A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $364,007.00, THROUGH THE KENTUCKY
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR A PADUCAH GREENWAY
�) BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $364,007.00 through
the Kentucky Department of Transportation for A Paducah Greenway. This greenway will begin
at Riverfront Park and extend to Raymond Shultz Park.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $91,002.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
