A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $312,808.00, THROUGH THE KENTUCKY
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE GENERAL L10YD TILGHMAN
RENOVATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $312,808.00 through
the Kentucky Department of Transportation for the General Lloyd Tilghman Renovation Project.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be provided by Tilghman Heritage
Foundation in the amount of $78,201.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
