A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING CHARLES WARD TO THE
POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ADVISOR TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Effective retroactive to June 22, 1994,
Charles Ward is hereby appointed administrative advisor to the
City of Paducah, and shall perform such administrative duties
as may be assigned to him by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. Charles Ward and -the City of Paducah
shall execute a contract providing that he shall serve at the
pleasure of the Board of Commissioners and be in a legal form
acceptable to the City's corporate counsel.
