A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION BETWEEN THE PADUCAH AIRPORT CORPORATION AND THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE IN AN
1 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $399,945.00 TO FUND PLANNED CONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENTS AT BARKLEY AIRPORT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an application between the Paducah Airport
Corporation and the Federal Aviation Administration for federal
construction improvements at Barkley Airport. This application
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
