A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
ADDITIONAL HOME FUNDS THROUGH THE KENTUCKY HOUSING
CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $571,000 WITH A CITY MATCH OF
$28,550, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS
RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an application and all documents relating to same to
apply for additional HOME Funds in the amount of $571,000.00
through the Kentucky Housing Corporation, with City matching
funds in the amount of $28,550.00
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
