A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE STATEMENT OF ASSURANCE FOR THE AREA DEVELOPMENT FUND GRANT
TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE PURCHASE OF NOBLE PARK
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has applied for an Area
Development Fund Grant to assist with the purchase of play-
ground equipment for Noble Park.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
Statement of Assurance for the Area Development Fund Grant to
the City of Paducah in the amount of $16,250.00 to match the
City portion of $22,999.00 for the purchase of playground
equipment for Noble Park.
SECTION 2. An expenditure .in the amount of
$39,249.00 for the purchase of the above-mentioned playground
equipment was authorized by Ordinance adopted by the City of
Paducah on May 17, 1994.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
