A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO
JOIN WITH McCRACKEN COUNTY IN BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE LYON
COUNTY RECYCLING CENTER
WHEREAS, membership in the Lyon County Recycling
Center will allow the City to participate in the recycling
program from its inception, thereby allowing the City to
participate in making initial operating decisions; and
WHEREAS, membership fees will be $5,000 each for the
City of Paducah and McCracken County.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah is hereby authorized
to join with McCracken County in becoming a member of the Lyon
County Recycling Center. Membership fees to participate in
this program will be in the amount of $5,000.00 each for the
City and McCracken County.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order will be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
