MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. j6
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN MATCHING FUNDS FOR A LAND
AND WATER CONSERVATION GRANT THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL
GOVERNMENT LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The grant application to the Land and
Water Conservation Fund, Department of Local Government,
requesting $20,000 in matching state funds for a fountain/ -
aeration system and hiking trail for the Noble Park Lake in
the City of Paducah is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
the Land and Water Conservation Fund, Department of Local
Government. Said application is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.(R�)=
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
