A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
FUNDING THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN
DEVELOPMENT FOR A FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY COORDINATOR,
JOINTLY WITH THE LAWRENCE COUNTY HOUSING AGENCY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO
SAID GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application dated October 1,
1994, to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development
requesting joint grant funds with the Lawrence County Hous-
ing Agency for the employment of a Family Self -Sufficiency
Coordinator, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Said
application is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
