A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR FUNDING
THROUGH THE FEDERAL INTERMODAL SURFACE TRANSPORTATION EFFICIENCY
ACT OF 1991 (ISTEA), KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR
RENOVATION OF PROPERTIES HELD BY THE MARKET HOUSE THEATRE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an application and all documents relating to same, requesting
a matching grant in the amount of $615,000 through the Federal
Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991
(ISTEA)/KYDOT, for renovation of properties held by the Market
House Theatre.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be provided by
Citizens Bank and Trust Company and the Market House in the
amount of $123,000.
SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its adoption.
