A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE
KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR LIBRARIES AND ARCHIVES AND THE CITY
j OF PADUCAH FOR A LOCAL RECORDS PROGRAM GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives for a
grant in the amount of $1,909.00 for archive shelving and equipment in the City Clerk's
Office.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
