A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $15,000 TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) FUND FOR RENOVATION OF THE JEFFERSON
STREET SPRINKLER SYSTEM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $15,000 from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Capital
Improvement Project Fund for renovation of the Jefferson Street sprinkler system. This
procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 99-6-6058, adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on June 29, 1999.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
