A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE
KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR
A RENAISSANCE SET-ASIDE STREETSCAPE PROJECT GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for a Renaissance Set -
Aside Streetscape Project grant in the amount of $825,000.00. City matching funds will
be required in the amount of $206,250.00 for this project.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
