MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 9 /
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE
KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR
A PADUCAH GREENWAY HIKE & BIKE PROJECT GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for a Paducah Greenway
Hike & Bike Project grant in the amount of $400,000.00. City matching funds will be
required in the amount of $100,000.00 for this project.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
