A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 FROM
THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FOR A
MICROENTERPRISE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a grant in the amount of $50,000 from the Kentucky Department of Local government
for a Microenterprise Community Development Block Grant.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
