A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500 FROM
THE KENTUCKY SOCIAL WELFARE FOUNDATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHILD
SAFETY SEATS TO BE DISTRIBUTED BY THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a grant in the amount of $1,500 from the Kentucky Social Welfare Foundation for the
purchase of child safety seats to be distributed by the Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
