A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $600,000.00, FROM THE KENTUCKY
HOUSING CORPORATION FOR A HOMEOWNER REHABILITATION GRANT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $600,000.00 from the
Kentucky Housing Corporation for a Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant. These funds will provide
assistance to low -to -moderate income families within the City limits for owner -occupied rehab.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $30,000.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
