EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH MINTER ROOFING FOR THE FIRE STATION
#5 ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City approved Ordinance No. 2007-12-7375 in the amount of
$63,575.00, with Minter Roofing, for the Fire Station #5 Roof Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $780.00, is required for
additional toggle bolts to secure the roofing material and in order to finalize the project for the
above -referenced contract, increasing the total contract price to $64,355.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor to
execute Change Order No. 1 for an increase in the amount of $780.00 with Minter Roofing, for
additional toggle bolts to secure the roofing material for the Fire Station #5 Roof Replacement
Project, increasing the total contract price to $64,355.00.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to PF0046 project account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
