A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE TOTAL SUM OF $52,390.00 TO THE
POLICE AND FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND AND THE PADUCAH CABLE
COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $44,505.00, from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Police and
Firefighter's Pension Fund.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is further authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $7,885.00 from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Paducah
Cable Communications Authority.
SECTION 3. This procedure is authorized by Ordinance No. 2000-6-6217
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 27, 2000.
SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
